40th floor Starbucks

Sometimes when we’re downtown and craving a snack and an adventure, we head to the Columbia Tower (the tallest building in Seattle) to the 40th floor Starbucks.

Here, we can nibble on a cookie, sip a latte,

and take in a spectacular view.

The chair in the corner is the toddlers fave place to sit.  The Bean tested gravity from this chair on a recent visit-it still works when you’re so high up.  The elevator up is a big hit because the guys love to talk about their ears popping.

I can’t imagine a better Starbucks in town.
