These are so easy and look so cool!
I used this recipe from the Seattle Times, but I’ve seen it everywhere (hello pinterest), and you know how bad I am at following directions and they still turned out. I didn’t have very many chocolate chips so I threw in a Theo salted Almond bar, and a couple one ounce chocolate squares. We also used marshmallow cream instead of the marshmallows-maybe next time I could even use homemade. (These are pretty much just old-fashioned Rice Krispy Squares with extras mixed in.)
PS: I need to remind myself to try this recipe again if we ever do a farm party. I think it would make awesome hay-bale looking treats, especially with butterscotch melts or peanut butter chips. YUM!
