Five things I hope to see at the Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale

June 18, 2012 by admin

Oooh! Its almost my favorite time of the year, I can just feel it in the air-it’s like waiting for those toy catalogs as a kid only better because it’s the Nordstrom’s Anniversary sale and as a grownup, I can buy whatever I want and it’s fun to just drool over the pages and dream.  So what do I hope to see this year when those blissful pages show up?

I have passed by these Frye “Carson” ballet flat shoes so many times but I have a lot of flats right now.  But if they went on sale, they would be mine.  For sure.

I’m also coveting a pair of boots one of my friend’s has: it looks a little like this one.

And I love this green bag.  (It’s called “parrot green” so it’s totally perfect for a zoo trip, right?)

I’m crossing my fingers that these go on sale for the boys.  Buying two of everything is starting to add up.

So if these raincoats also go on sale, that would be a bonus too.

But better than all the things I’m dreaming about are the things I haven’t thought of and that is what makes it such a fantastic sale.  (Crossing fingers and hoping it comes soon!  And you thought I was just practicing running for marathon training. )

  1. Those are really cute raincoats, Terumi. BTW, I scooped up some Keen-esque trekkie shoes at Old Navy … … a scant $10 right now. The bomb! And now I feel more inclined to do some trekking since we have the appropriate footwear finally.
