Brian James Footwear (a review)

February 19, 2013 by admin

Have you heard of these yet? Brian James Footwear is made by Angela Edgeworth, the woman who brought us Pediped for our kids.  I was on vacation in Hawaii when I heard about them and I totally wish I had them for our trip because I spent a lot of time walking: too much for wearing flip-flops but not enough to wear running shoes.

I am always getting blisters and sore feet when I wear sandals so these sounded super-heavenly to me-stylish shoes based on shoes made for babies.  Could you get any more comfortable?  I ordered Katherine, but I was oh so tempted to get Chantal in cognac too.  (I probably still will.)

And, even though it’s not yet time for sandals in Seattle, I couldn’t help but test these out around the house this morning when they arrived.  Excuse the chipped polish and ET toes-I’m definitely not a shoe

Oh they are buttery soft and I love how cushion-y they feel.  Wandering around my house in sandals with the heat cranked high-I was almost back in Hawaii again.

I can’t wait to bring them somewhere tropical in a couple months.  And I know I’ll live in them this summer.

(PS. Here’s the disclosure: I was provided with the product to test, but I really wanted them and I was not required to write this and the opinions here are of course my own.)
