The Exploratorium at the San Francisco Airport

SFO with kids

Of course I doused them with Purell after playing here, but this is the coolest airport installation I’ve seen.

The Exploratorium was one of the highlights of our recent San Francisco trip and it was quite a surprise when we found some of the museum’s exhibits at the airport when we were waiting for our flight home.

The mini tornado is amazing and the guys made friends while we waited as they climbed and explored.  It was such a fun distraction before our flight.

We’ll done San Francisco airport-thanks for keeping the airport experience magical for kids!  Did anyone else see any other fabulous things at airports this summer?
