This is the look of a kid who knows a good pain au chocolat at a delicious bakery.
Oh and here’s his brother who has also been well-schooled.
As a family of world travelers we don’t know all the famous paintings, we don’t often read those exhibit signs at museums or zoos, we sometimes miss major landmarks and we tend to have mini meltdowns. But we know how to scope a good bakery and I think that’s just as good a life skill as any.
I’m glad we made Ken’s Artisan Bakery our last stop in Portland. We definitely left that city with bellies full. (Now to the gym we go! Happy Friday.)
