Oh Halloween you kill me. Every year. And every year the guys get more effective at acquiring candy so the cycle just seems to get stronger and stronger. Eat candy. Mourn eating Halloween candy. Eat more candy. Eat more candy……until one of us gets the willpower to do something about it.
Thankfully that someone is my husband and he has hidden most of it away so we can use it to make gingerbread houses for Christmas. And is it getting cold where you are? It’s been so chilly and rainy and blustery here lately, I’m having a hard time getting motivated to go outside to actually run off the extra candy energy so I’m looking for exercise videos. Lately I’ve been doing this BarreConcept youtube video in my kitchen using the counter top as a bar and it’s been okay but I’d love to hear if you’ve found ways to exercise when it’s too cold to get outside. I also can’t wait to tell you about a new exercise class pass I’m trying next week that found me just in time for the holidays!
