If you are in Seattle May 14th and 15th and you LOVE Hello Kitty, you need to get yourself to the EMP Museum. The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck will be parked outside the museum selling adorable Hello Kitty treats and it sounds like it will be rolling in from 10am-5pm on both days. I was really bummed that I missed it the last time it was in Seattle so I would love to hear if you have been to the truck or if you’re planning on going this weekend too! I remember reading a post from La Jolla Mom (one of my favorite bloggers!) about the food truck when it stopped in San Diego and it just sounded dreamy. (If missing the truck might cause you devastion, you might want to arrive a little early. The Hello Kitty Hungry Hunt event in Seattle often had lineups and sell-outs; Seattleites definitely adore this cool kitty! The Hello Kitty Truck also has Twitter and Facebook to keep you up to date too!)
It’s also the closing weekend for the Hello Kitty exhibit at the EMP so there will be a lot of celebration at the EMP. If you’re there on the 14th Hello Kitty herself will be there between 10am-3pm. Our family has a membership to the EMP so we’ve seen the exhibit a few times and it’s been really fun. I definitely wish we had a permanent exhibit or restaurant here.
(PS. Changi airport is getting a Hello Kitty Cafe and it will be open 24/7. I can’t imagine a more awesome way to spend some time at an airport!)

This is so cute! Thanks for sharing! I took my girl’s to this exhibit a few months ago and we had a blast! Love EMP!
Thanks for the mention. I did make it to the truck and the line was long but the treats were cute and surprisingly good!
