Spread the love

This is a sponsored post for Seattle’s Child Kids Supper Club; however all thoughts and opinions in this post are my own.

If your family is anything like my family in Seattle we end up eating out a lot! Our lives are busy with lessons, sports and travel and we are always on the go. Although we love to cook together, it’s sometimes easier for us all to sit together and eat around a table in a restaurant than it is to gather everyone to eat around the table at home on busy weekdays. We like trying new places and we also tend to rotate through many on our Seattle Restaurant list throughout the year. Recently, I was invited to try out a new supper club for families in Seattle-the Kids Supper Club through the Seattle’s Child App and I feel like this program is a game-changer for families in Seattle who eat out often in our city. (I have a discount code for the Kids Supper Club: TERUMI50 that I’ll tell you more about too.)

Seattle’s Child

I’ve read Seattle’s Child for years and it’s a cool and informative Seattle publication for families that was especially helpful when my kids were little and home all day with me. The Seattle’s Child calendar was such an easy way to find out what was going on in the city all the time and we found so many cool things to do. Now that my guys are older, it’s nice to know that Seattle’s Child still can have a huge impact on our lives. We tried the Kids Supper Club App last week and saved money while eating out at a few Seattle Restaurants and we tried a few new-to-us places as well.

My kids love to go to Nutty Squirrel Gelato and during the school year it’s a great place to hang out with friends. It’s one of our favorite neighborhood gelato shops and the people who work there are so kind. We tried the Seattle’s Child Kids Supper Club App at Nutty Squirrel Gelato and when we bought two baby scoops I got a coffee drink for free (right now this deal is good at the Magnolia Nutty Squirrel Location between 2:30-4:30pm.) I love that this discount can be used multiple times and I know we’ll be back again to this very soon.

Pagliacci Pizza is on the Seattle’s Child Kids Supper Club app

We have a Pagliacci Pizza in our neighborhood as well and we can use the app to get two kids’ cheese or pepperoni slices with two adults’ slices there and we like to bring these home and eat them with soup on a soccer night. This is also a discount that can be used over and over again. We also tried Ethan Stowell’s Brambling Cross for the first time and got two kids’ meals with our two grownup entrees and we all had a lovely night out together. The food at Brambling Cross was really yummy and the kids were thrilled that hockey was playing on the tv.

Can you use the Seattle’s Child Kids Supper Club app outside of Seattle too?

The Seattle’s Child Kids Supper Club app even works outside of Seattle: if we find ourselves in Tacoma on a Tuesday, we know can go to Rhein Haus and kids eat free here with the app. On a Wednesday we can go to Cooks Tavern in Tacoma and the app works the same way there for free kids entrees with grown up entrees too.

These are just a few of the discounts at Seattle-area restaurants and many can be used multiple times in a month. I’m excited for deals at Wild Ginger, Tanakasan, Brave Horse Tavern and Pecado Bueno. I’ve been wanting to try Lakehouse in Bellevue for a while now and knowing that there is a deal for it on the app makes an even better excuse to go.
