I think today’s breakfast place will be a favorite in 2012. We’ve driven by numerous times and I fell in love with the logo:
And now I’ve fallen in love with their breakfast. We went to the Cheeky Cafe this morning with Auntie and Uncle J and were thrilled to find that the menu had yummy things like Fry Bread (the cinnamon sugar bread is fantastic!) and Vegetarian Moco Loco. There was even some kind of intriguing quiche with spaghetti noodles hidden inside.
I went with the Cheeky French toast stuffed with Berries (onesie size) and it was amazing and ginormous.
The duo shared the pancakes and were quite satisfied.
Needless to say this was a great way to enjoy our last breakfast of 2011. We had lovely company and delightful service and I’m excited to add it to our breakfast restaurant lineup. Happy New Year everyone! Here’s to yummy food, happy families, great shopping and lots of travel in the year ahead!
(One of these days we need to head back to this place! It’s been awhile. Lately we’ve been having lots of breakfasts on the go and this is one of our go to breakfasts at home. Maybe it’s yours too.)
