The World Cup is coming to Seattle and while it might still seem a little bit away, our city is going to be the stage for this massive soccer event before we know it. I’m still waiting to hear if I’ll be volunteering (I’ve heard people are starting to get notified in Seattle) and I’ve heard many people are also still trying to get tickets to go to some of the matches too. So another great way to watch the World Cup and feel like you’re part of the excitement is to go to one of the official watch parties around the city.

So far four major sights for Seattle World Cup Watch Parties have been announced:

Pacific Place: At Pacific Place you can watch the World Cup on the four story screen they just recently finished in the center of the mall. I went to check it during a Lunar New Year celebration and you can see what the screen looks like here. This celebration is hosted by Seattle FIFA World Cup 2026 and BH properties.

Waterfront Seattle on Pier 62: It has been so fun watching how pier 62 and the Seattle Waterfront has once again become an integral part of our city (I remember watching concerts on the piers when I was younger) and the watch party here will be in partnership with Friends of Waterfront Seattle, the Seattle Reign FC, Seattle Sounders FC, and The Rave Foundation.

Seattle Center: This is where the original watch party was initially proposed before watch parties became dispersed throughout the city. So far we know that games will be shown in the Armory in partnership with the Kraken and Climate Pledge Arena. There will be also art installations on the Seattle Center Campus related to soccer/World Cup and interactive areas.

Victory Hall in SODO: I think this is where there were Mariners watch parties happening during the Mariner’s epic 2025 run as well. This venue will be available during Seattle matches in partnership with the Mariners.

I will add more details about any more fun Seattle FIFA activations when I get them. I know Seattle Southside where many of our out of town visitors will get their first glimpse of our city when they come through FlySEA is promoting local restaurants and businesses in its World Table District. Also, here are more locations for Official World Cup Watch Parties across Washington State just announced by Seattle Fifa World Cup 2026.
