Once upon a time the boys woke up so early that there was never any chance of being late to anything. But some mornings now (like today!) we almost need an alarm clock to get to school on time. Thankfully we made it but I do want to teach my kids the value of time. Is it too early to get them a watch? Daniel Tiger wears one, but apparently there will be no Daniel Toys until spring 2014!!!
So for now, I’m loving this watch/clock set I saw at Nordstroms. The owl face is adorable!

We currently have this one, but we haven’t figured out how the settings work, or how to get the kids to follow the settings when we do.
I thought maybe we needed an alarm clock that just squirts them with water to let them know when to wake up. In my search to find that one, I found the perfect alarm clock for the pre-work workout! It’s a little too advanced for the duo, but I love it!
And ever since I saw this one in a magazine years ago I’ve been dying to buy a special grownup in my life this one. It rolls away beeping at you so you have to get out of bed to find it, and I can’t imagine a more hilarious alarm clock. I wish it was around when I was in college.
Now if only someone could make a clock that starts making MORE time, that would be perfect.
