With all the sun in the forecast, there are so many fabulous places to explore. Last week we checked out one of our favorite spots: Kelsey Creek Farm in Bellevue for a tour with some friends and we noticed they’ve recently added a really cool tractor to their farm.
You don’t know how much I appreciate this kind of climbing apparatus compared to the big metal rusty ones I see everywhere! And if you’re looking for a great outing with friends, the farm tour is a great way to actually get to interact with some pretty amazing farm animals.
We also stopped by the opening of the new otter exhibit at the Woodland Park zoo which will eventually expand to give new homes to the tigers and sloth bears. It’s exciting that they built a playground structure here too because the guys love to climb things while watching their favorite animals climb.
The mini zip-line will definitely be a hit, I think. And the small-clawed otters are adorable: I could have watched them frolic around for hours.
I can’t wait to see what’s happening at all our other favorite Seattle spots! You definitely can’t complain when the weather is in the 70’s in MAY in Seattle.
