I blinked and July is over, isn’t that how it always is? So here are a few things that have caught my eye for August in Seattle. This is not an extensive list of all the things to do in Seattle in this month, it’s just things that interest me and my family and maybe you too.
Things to do in Seattle in August
Bark at the Park with the Mariners on August 4th
There is a Bark at the Park game on August 4th where pups can come along-you need special tickets and you need to sign a waiver first and there are other rules so make sure you read all the details and you can find all the info in the link on the MLB Mariners site. (The next one is in September)
Take your chance at a Lucky Seat for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child tours through Seattle August 22-September 12th and you can apply for the discount ticket lottery with Lucky Seat now.
August is also perfect for a Skagit Valley Farm stand tour
Summer is so good for visiting farmstands and I recently visited a few. Like last year Genuine Skagit Valley has a coupon for 2026 that you can redeem once each month in the months of July and August at their participating Farmstand Fresh stands. Back to School Touch a Truck at Seattle Premium Outlets August 15th
Tulalip Bay Fire Department and Tulalip Police Department will be at Seattle Premium Outlets on August 15th with firetrucks, police cars, a bouncy house, prize will, retailer offers and more for families in the parking lot in front of Polo Ralph Lauren. You can find more information here.
