This post featuring hoodies is sponsored by adidas. All opinions are my own.
I kind of love that the holidays feel like they’ve come a bit early this year. Normally I wait until after Thanksgiving to get the decorations up, but this year I really want to savor all the festivities. I’ve also started shopping for presents already too. And one of the things I’m shopping for is hoodies for my guys- my teenagers kind of live in them and hoodies feel like a staple clothing item in the Pacific Northwest.
Because we are a soccer family we tend to purchase many clothing items from adidas, especially soccer cleats, track pants and running shoes and I’ve been really thankful to partner with them this year. One of my sons and I even visited an adidas store in Germany before going to our first ever Bayern Munich football match. (And on a side note somehow this year was our year of international sports travel-we also saw a Yakult Swallows game in Tokyo and we’ll end the year with a Paris Saint-Germain football match-do you also travel to see sports? I don’t think I ever would have imagined I’d travel to go to a sports game.)
There are a few hoodies I’m considering and I’m not sure if I should get both my guys the same hoodie in different colors or an entirely different one for each of them (they are twins and I admit we did our fair share of matching when they were really little). The first choice I’m considering is pretty classic adidas: a zip up with the three-stripes down the sleeve. The Trefoil Essentials hoodie is also one I think they would wear a lot too. And I really like the Adicolor Neuclassics Hoodie and might just have to get that one for myself. (I bought the dress version of this pattern in the summer and it was something I wore a lot and it was also very comfortable.) I also noticed while browsing the site that there were shorts on sale (these guys also live in shorts) and I love that I get free shipping with adiclub.
Do you have teenagers that you are shopping for too? And are they also into hoodies?
